Hello, I just returned home from the COVID vaccination in Henderson and I believe that it was predominantly your staff doing customer service. I just want to say that I was blown away by how lovely everybody was, and how thoughtful the staff were when dealing with elderly people – especially the younger workers. You have a great team of people! Your organisation also gave us a wahakura for our little baby a few months ago which we also appreciate – thank you so much for the work you do in our community. Get in there and get it done. Thanks to the awesome team at the Henderson Vaccination Centre - run like a military operation…so streamlined and easy to follow".

"Just had my 1st Covid shot at Henderson, service run by Waipareira Trust. I got an invite and was able to change my allocated day and time so I could get both shots before O go to Raro. Service today went very smoothly, in an out in under 40 mins including 20 mins sitting waiting afterwards. Didn't feel the shot at all, a bit of a sore arm and a headache that lasted only 15 mins. I don't think the instant complainers realise what a huge logistical exercise this is, down from how to invite people, given we do not have a national register to call people. I was very impressed. Everyone was polite and on the case. Well done, Waipareira, and I understand the Fono service is also excellent".
